Digital Photo taken the same time as the below pictures, along the Yarra River in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
No cropping, but slight contrast added. Oh, and no altering of the angle of the original photo, just in case you were wondering
Another in the Melbourne After Dark series. I was feeling a little crazy when I tried this (basically to see whether I could) and am quite pleased the results. I hope you like it too. It's taken me a little while to work up the courage to upload this one, as it's definitely not your typical cityscape, so I'm a little nervous about how it will be perceived. But tonight I thought "what the heck?" I'll never know if people will like it if I don't upload it

Whoa man, I'm totally trippin'. Nah but seriously, this is just another one of this photographer's stunning cityscape shots, taken with a point-and-shoot camera no less.
Does this deviant have an unfair advantage? Why yes, Melbourne is an amazing place, especially at night. As you can see from this and the rest of the picture set, the Yarra River is a prime location to capture the skyline, and the artist does it with ease.
Not only have they demonstrated the vibrant colors and locales, they've also revealed the true nature of this lively city. The abstract angle really brings out the symmetry of the subject's focus, and in doing so give the impression you're looking through the eyes of a passer by.
I really like the quirky angle you have taken this from as it makes the image different from a lot of other cityscapes I have seen. I really like the effect of the reflection of the light as it gives a very interesting focus point away from the main buildings. Wonderfully taken photo
