Digital Photo taken a couple of nights ago along the Yarra River, next to Alexandra Avenue, almost under the Olympic Boulevard Bridge pointing towards Melbourne.
No cropping, but slight contrast and brightness adjustments made. No other colour corrections done.
I can't begin to tell you how tired I was when I took this shot. It's a place I had been meaning to take some photos at for a very long time, but had never had a chance to do so until last Friday night at around 11pm or so. The tripod was set up right against the waterline, and for those who don't know the Yarra River, it's not a waterway that you really want to get pushed into in the day time, let alone in the middle of the night. I was terrified someone was going to come up behind me and push the tripod or myself into the water! I must admit, I was a lot more worried about the camera than me... I was able to take about 15 or 16 shots before my brain decided to begin shutting down for the night. Halfway home I zoned out in the middle of the Monash Freeway, and lost track of all of the cars around me. I have never been so glad to get home in one piece than I was that night.
But at least I got some pretty pictures from it!

Taken the same night:
